I forgot to mention that when I posted the template, but you can of course put more stuff into your posts. If you have your own personal review, or fanfic recommendations, or if you noticed something interesting about Callum's performance, please, feel free to include it. Just keep the number of screencaps within a sensible limit. The same applies to gifs. I'd say, as a rule of thumb, not more than 10 pictures in one post, and not more then one or two gifs. I don't want the posts to get too big, there are still people out there with no broadband connection, after all. Of course you can link to pictures and gifs in your own LJ.

If you do a post about one of his movies (or TV shows), tag it with 'movie post' (or 'tv post'), year, name of the movie, callum quotient, and other actors (at least if they will show up again in other movies or shows aka Canadian 6 degrees). If you feel that this community needs more tags (let's say... 'floppy hair' and 'spiky hair') feel free to add them, but take care to tag the previous movie posts as well. Do NOT tag a post with something like 'character dies'. There are memory categories for that, and we don't want the main post about a movie to be too spoilerish.

Please tag articles with year, 'article', movie(s), actors or directors (if they are more than just mentioned) and 'interview' (if there are at least a few quotes).

Interviews are tagged with year, 'interview', actors and movies.

If you post, let's say, that Hard Core Logo essay you wrote a year ago in your own LJ, tag it with 'Hard Core Logo', 'essay', and whatever else you think is important.

Obviously, there will be no tag 'CKR' or 'Callum Keith Rennie'. It's all about him, after all.

As you may have noticed, there is also a 'golf' tag. Use it, you will have plenty of opportunities. :)

And please, check if a tag is already existing before you create a new one.

Okay, I think that's now really everything I wanted to say. As usual, if you have questions, comments, ideas... please let me know. <3

*kicks self* Got distracted -- I will post the Take One Article now.

Edit: Should I include the Picture Claire article along with? It's mostly about Bruce.

If you think there's enough Callum in it anyway, please post. (If you don't think there's enough Callum in it you can always post it when the Picture Claire movie post is up. :)) But whatever you decide, please only one article per post. <3

It's true! And you KNOW it. So there. *totally doesn't mention that you should volunteer for a post or something*

*beams* I'll just try to do my best, you know. *big eyes*

Oh look, there are still some movies no one has volunteered for. How STRANGE, don't you think. Ahem. ;P

And, yeah, it's a hard decision. Hm. FTWHTWD has more indie appeal, it's more fun to find stuff about it. And... it has a Callum quotient of 100 percent AND is good, which is pretty rare. Then again, Falling Angels is not so.. well. Depressing? Not easy!

I LOVE THEM BOTH SO MUCH, is the problem. they're basically my two favorite movies of his, ones i might even watch if he wasn't in them, but in which his performances are just STELLAR.
Mar. 2nd, 2008 10:01 pm (UTC)
Then do them both? Second one is half the work, honest. And it doesn't have to be the same week. You could do one in May and one in September or something. *beams at you hopefully*
Mar. 2nd, 2008 10:02 pm (UTC)
okay, sold. i'll do falling angels in mid-or-late may, and ftwhtwd in september. do you want me to reply to the correct post with this info?
Mar. 2nd, 2008 10:05 pm (UTC)

You are SO EASY. <3 And yes please, it's probably less complicated that way. *beams more*
